Limagrain Field Seeds first entered India in 2009, via a JV called Atash, before acquiring the company Bisco in 2012-13. The activities became Limagrain India Private Limited in 2019 and it is based in the city of Hyderabad, in the state of Telangana.

Maize is our main crop in India, with an important research effort. We also have sales and research for Hybrid Rice, Pearl Millet, and a specific Malting Barley program. The product range is completed by sales of Mustard and Sunflower seeds.
